Steps of Breast Increasing Exercises

- Step 1: In the first step in the bid to increase breast size with exercise, you will need to have a 5-lb weight and a straight-back chair. Holding the weights on each hand, sit on the chair with your back straight allowing your hands to hand lose at your sides. Lift your hands with the weight until the arms are at the shoulder level and they are aligned to the shoulder line.Hold your hands in that position to the count of five or for five to ten seconds before your drop them. Then return the hands to the original position. Repeat the procedure three to five times per day.

Lifting the arms slowly, bring the weight towards each other until your hands meet in front of you. Return your hands to the original position and repeat the procedure 10 times thrice a day.
